Ordinance 297/2019 Energy Certificication

Ordinance No. 297/2019 related to the energy certification of buildings published.

Published today, 9 September 2019, the fourth amendment to Ordinance No. 349-B / 2013 of November 29, which defines the methodology for determining the energy performance class for the typology of pre-certificates and certificates of the Building Energy Certification System (SCE), as well as the technical performance and efficiency requirements of the technical systems of new buildings and buildings subject to major intervention.

It should be noted that this Ordinance arose following the publication of Decree-Law No. 118/2013, of 20 August, which approved the Energy Certification System of Buildings, the Energy Performance Regulation of Housing Buildings and the Regulation of Energy Performance of Trade and Services Buildings, and has transposed Directive 2010/31 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings
